The Brand New MyIU Portal is live!!
All full-time staff and faculty can access the new portal beginning at 6AM on Tuesday June 16th using their existing network credentials.
Brand new “MacPass” account credentials have been set up for all adjunct faculty and students, so we ask that all students and adjunct faculty please review the instructions ( MyIUSetup ) for accessing the portal for the first time!
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is responsible for providing and supporting all technology throughout campus.
The department is organized into three main divisions: Academic Technology Services (ATS), Administrative Computing Services (ACS), and Network and Technical Services (NTS) who work together seamlessly with the university to provide comprehensive technological resources, services, and support for campus networks, classroom technology, online learning management, administrative systems, and multimedia.
The Technical Support Team assists students, staff, and faculty with email and login problems, as well as technical support for a wide array of hardware, software, printers, computers, laptops, and network operations.
Academic Technology Services assists faculty and staff with questions and issues related to labs, classroom technologies, Google Apps, video conferencing, lecture capture, presentation design, online course management and the Moodle LMS.
Administrative Computing Services assists faculty and staff with questions and issues related to Banner, Argos, and our other university data systems.
