Immaculata has GONE GOOGLE – but not everyone is all set yet!!!!
We have been made aware of some forwarding issues that may be impeding certain email users from fully enjoying the new email system…
What to do if you are not receiving mail.immaculata.edu email forwarded to your other account anymore
Even if you have an ‘immaculata.edu’ address, you may have had a student or adjunct account at one time if you were ever a student or adjunct faculty member.
These other accounts had historically been forwarded for you automatically, but Google does not allow administrative configuration of forwarding rules, so you will need to log into Google and set up those forwarding rules if this applies to you.
1. Log into Google Mail: Gmail users can click the email icon at the upper right of the MyIU screen https://myiu.immaculata.edu
2. Set up Forwarding: Use the tools right in Google to forward mail — See: https://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=10957
