Online Course Management


There are so many tasks involved in planning, designing, building, and managing an online course and it can feel completely overwhelming… But ATS can help!!

We work closely with the academic departments, CDS team and Directors for Online Instruction in both graduate and undergraduate programs, and can assist you through your project.

Want to get Started on a Project?

Training Registration   This form is used to sign up for training, workshops, lab sessions, and support services.

New Master Course Request  This form is to request a new Personal or Departmental Master shell for managing course content in Moodle.
**NOTE – You must consult the appropriate Director for Online Instruction to discuss orientation and training requirements for fully online and hybrid courses.

Course Redesign Request   This form is used by faculty with an existing Master course (Online, Hybrid, or Face to Face) to request assistance with having their course cleaned up,  redesigned, organized or revised to meet the university standards.

Production Request      This production request form can be used to request project support for planning, designing, building and implementing advanced course content elements like html, audio, video, animations, simulations, and SCORM modules for use in your Moodle Course.

Course Development Project Request     This form is used to request full ATS project support for the development of brand new approved online or hybrid courses.
