The computers available through this program are well-worn and at the end of their useful life span. Immaculata University has no obligation for the suitability, performance, maintenance, or disposal of any computer purchased and no services or support will be provided after the sale.
All university-owned software and files will be removed from the hard drive before being sold, and only an operating system (Windows Vista) will be pre-installed. Should you need to acquire additional software for your purchased equipment, OTS’ Technical Support Services staff will be glad to provide you with recommendations.

All current faculty, staff, and administration, including subcontractor employees of Immaculata University, adjuncts and work-studys are eligible to participate in this program. basically, as long as you are currently collecting a paycheck from IU (or working on-site with one of the three service contractors – Ellucian, Aramark, or Canon), you qualify.
When a computer is ready to be picked up, OTS will notify the employee and the Business Office via email. The employee will then bring a copy of the notification to the Business Office (Villa Maria, Rm. 14), pay for their purchase, and receive a receipt for the equipment purchased. NOTE: If you do not respond to the notification within 15 business days, then your request will be forfeited and the equipment will be assigned to another request.
The employee will present their receipt to Technical Support Services staff at the time of pickup. *** Note that computers cannot be released without proper receipt
